Fan Club Membership Promotion Terms of Use

The Windows Section 7 Sign-up Fan Club Membership promotional code (the “Code”) is issued by Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom the Code was issued or given. Your purchase or redemption of the Code constitutes acceptance of and agreement with these Terms. Other terms and conditions may apply to tickets, venues, fan club websites and the Live Nation website. Specifically, without limitation, access to and use of products offered through the Code are subject to acceptance of the Live Nation website Terms of Use found at http://www.livenation.com/company/getTerms.

The Code is redeemable only on the Live Nation website located at http://promo.livenation.com/fanclubselect/. The Code is a “one time use only” promotional access code good toward one fan club membership, based on availability under this program, while supplies last. Code must be redeemed by 3:00 PM local time on May 1, 2010, while supplies last. Certain exclusions apply based on select Fan Club Membership.

To receive the Windows Section 7 Sign-up code, please register as a new member for Section 7 at www.mysection7.com. One Code per new member. Code will be distributed by Live Nation via email. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one code by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that participant’s Codes.

The Code is void where prohibited by law. The Code cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. No Cash Value or Cash Back. Not for sale or resale. Cannot be combined with other product offers or promotions. Use of this Code for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. The Code cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and Live Nation is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the state of California, without reference to conflict of law considerations. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the state of California. You acknowledge and agree that each party has chosen arbitration rather than litigation to resolve any such dispute, claim, or controversy. You understand that a judgment on any arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. No arbitration under these Terms shall be consolidated with any other arbitration. There shall be no right or authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class action basis with other Code program participants or other persons similarly situated.

LIVE NATION, AND ITS PARENTS AND AFFILIATE ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE CARD OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED THERETO.

YOU HEREBY RELEASE LIVE NATION WORLDWIDE, INC., AND ITS PARENTS AND AFFILIATE ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE CARD OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED THERETO.

Ticket Promotion Terms of Use

The Windows Section 7 Sign-up Ticket promotional code (the “Code”) is issued by Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom the Code was issued or given. Your purchase or redemption of the Code constitutes acceptance of and agreement with these Terms. Other terms and conditions may apply to tickets, venues and the Live Nation website. Specifically, without limitation, access to and use of products offered through the Code are subject to acceptance of the Live Nation website Terms of Use found at http://www.livenation.com/company/getTerms.

The Code is redeemable only on the Live Nation website located at promo.livenation.com/section7prize.The Code is a “one time use only” promotional access code good toward (2) two general admission tickets for a select concert at a participating Live Nation owned and/or operated club in the United States, based on availability under this program, while supplies last. Parking and shipping fees may apply. Tickets are subject to Windows Section 7 sign-up program availability and venue capacity restrictions. Tickets to a particular show are not guaranteed. Code must be redeemed by 3:00 PM local time on May 1, 2010, while supplies last.
